About EOS

Since its establishment in 1996, EOS Accountants LLP has been providing accounting and tax services to multinational corporations; mainly Japanese companies active in the United States. The firm was established in New Jersey as a spin-off of the Japanese corporate division of Ernst & Young LLP, one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, and operates in seven offices throughout the United States with a representative office in Tokyo, Japan.

EOS's corporate philosophy is to provide high-quality services comparable to major accounting firms at reasonable prices. Many Japanese Companies experience resource constraints when first entering the US market. As such, it is our mission to make attentive, high-quality services readily available to business in this situation and provide peace of mind so that their time and energy can be spent on their core business. For those who are starting a business in the United States for the first time or are already doing business in the United States, we strive to work closely and collaboratively with our clients and welcome the opportunity to grow and learn together.

Office Structure

EOS provides reliable services that meet the ever-growing needs of international businesses. Our philosophy for providing the best service to our clients is centered around strong communication and cooperation between our offices throughout the United States. Many of our professionals started their careers with the “Big Four” accounting firms or other larger regional firms and gained extensive experience in U.S. and international accounting and taxation; many of which are Japanese-English bilingual professionals. By maintaining close contact between offices, we provide streamlined and friendly services tailored to the needs of clients of all sizes. Our partners collaborate on a regular basis to ensure our firm is up to date on the latest rules and regulations, which are continually changing. Having strong communication across our various offices throughout the United States allows our firm to connect our clients with the appropriate professional, regardless of office or time zone. Our staff has a wide range of expertise in many industries and access to the suitable professional is not limited to location. Furthermore, with our Tokyo Representative Office, we have established a system that enables smooth information sharing with our clients' Japanese parent companies and accounting firms.

EOS volunteer activities

In addition to providing excellent service to our clients, EOS strives to be an active member in the communities in which we live and work. In order to give back, we participate in local charitable events and activities whenever possible. We also participate in local sporting events and volunteer activities such as Christmas Toy Drives and No-Shave November (a fundraiser for cancer awareness). In the spirit of giving back, EOS also matches charitable donations made by its employees to demonstrate its support for causes or organizations that are important to members of the EOS family.
